In the days sportspeople spend in Santa Susanna you can enjoy a large number of complementary activities amidst nature, on the sea, in the hills or in the urban centre.
Santa Susanna has a Mountain Bike Centre with 90 km of marked routes with different levels of difficulty, which above all allow the Montnegre Nature Park to be discovered and known. In the Mountain Bike Centre you can rent bicycles, and can also use the showers and the bar.

If you prefer the sea, the Santa Susanna Sailing Club (on the platja de les Dunes) provides you with a large number of water sports activities: windsurf, kite-surf, diving, jet ski, and catamaran, banana, kayak and sailing. If you are staying in one of the hotels associated with the Saiing Club, you can do kayak free and will also have considerable discounts on the other activities.

To do horse or donkey riding accompanied by a guide, and rides on a horse and carriage, you have a large offer in Ranxo Mestres, in a typical 13th century Catalan country house, in the Montnegre Pre-Park, surrounded by woodlands.

You can also go on the Cuc tourist train on the Green Route: from the hotel area on the sea front, passing through the centre of the town to the Montnegre-Corredor pre-park and the corners it hides. You will discover remains of great cultural interest and animal and vegetable species.
The boldest of you can do the visit by segway offered by the Gruponboard. This group also has other activities for children and adults.
